At Eurohoops Scouting, we’ve always aimed to bridge the gap between international talent and NCAA programs. Now, we’re taking the next step. We’re moving away from standard class-based rankings and reshaping our entire approach to player evaluation. Starting now, our scouting service will organize players across three core rankings that reflect the real structure of modern recruiting:

The Portal Watch

A live, continuously updated ranking of European players already in college — players who are performing, progressing, and may enter the portal in the future.

We’ll track these players throughout the season with:

  • In-season performance updates
  • Contact information (either agent or personal)
  • Intel on academic and transfer status
  • Coach-level notes and movement indicators

This board helps you stay ahead of the portal, not behind it.

The 18–22

This list includes all college-eligible European players aged 18 to 22 — a mix of high school seniors, postgrads, and those who’ve aged out of youth basketball but are still recruitable.

Each player is evaluated by:

  • Readiness (can they help now or in 1–2 years?)
  • Fit for different NCAA levels (HM, MM, LM)
  • Language and eligibility status
  • Contact and availability

Some are ready to contribute immediately. Others are projects worth investing in. All are vetted and tracked.

The New Wave

This ranking spotlights future prospects — younger European players, primarily from the 2026 and 2027 classes and beyond.

These are players who aren’t ready yet, but who are showing early signs of being high-level student-athletes. Ideal for programs that recruit globally and build through long-term development.

We track graduation timelines, early college interest, and key performances — giving you a jump on identifying the next wave of international contributors.
